We are seeking a creative and results-driven <b>Marketing Officer</b> to join our growing team and help elevate Elita&rsquo;s presence across Qatar and beyond.</p><p>The successful candidate will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies that strengthen our brand identity, deepen customer loyalty, and drive sales across both retail stores and e-commerce. This role requires a strong feel for fashion, an eye for detail, and the ability to turn trends and insights into campaigns that inspire and convert.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>Brand &amp; Campaign Leadership:</b> Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns (digital + in-store) that reflect Elita&rsquo;s identity, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable growth in traffic and sales.</li><li><b>Content Strategy &amp; Storytelling:</b> Own Elita&rsquo;s content calendar and ensure consistent storytelling across platforms. Coordinate seasonal launches, new arrivals, promotions, and brand moments.</li><li><b>Shoot &amp; Collaboration Management:</b> Plan and manage photoshoots, lookbooks, fashion activations, and influencer/creator collaborations that highlight Elita&rsquo;s elegance and versatility.</li><li><b>Social Media Excellence:</b> Lead social media strategy end-to-end&mdash;content creation, community engagement, paid campaigns, and performance analysis&mdash;with a strong focus on aesthetic quality and brand tone.</li><li><b>Market &amp; Customer Insight:</b> Track fashion trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform campaign direction, product positioning, and audience targeting.</li><li><b>Creative Coordination:</b> Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and graphic artists to maintain a refined and cohesive Elita visual identity.</li><li><b>Data &amp; KPI Reporting:</b> Monitor and report marketing performance (reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, ROAS/ROI), and recommend improvements based on results.</li><li><b>Retail Marketing:</b> Support store growth through seasonal in-store campaigns, window/visual promotions, events, and loyalty programs that enhance customer experience.</li><li><b>Sales Alignment:</b> Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that marketing priorities reflect product availability, sales targets, and customer demand.</li><li><b>Brand Reputation &amp; Customer Care:</b> Protect and strengthen Elita&rsquo;s reputation through responsive, professional handling of customer feedback across channels.</li><li><b>B2B Growth Support:</b> Assist in B2B outreach and partnerships (corporate attire, boutique supply, co-branding) through tailored offers and collaboration campaigns.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Fashion Marketing, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of marketing experience, ideally within fashion, retail, lifestyle, or luxury/aspirational brands.</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms and paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google).</li><li>Excellent written communication and copywriting in <b>English</b> (Arabic is a strong advantage).</li><li>Proven experience working with influencers/creators, campaign production, and photoshoot coordination.</li><li>Confident using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Shopify/website dashboards, etc.).</li><li>Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><b>Skills &amp; Attributes</b></p><ul><li>Strong fashion sensibility with a refined eye for aesthetics.</li><li>Creative, proactive, and commercially aware.</li><li>Data-driven and comfortable translating performance into action.</li><li>Organized, deadline-focused, and able to manage several projects at once.</li><li>Collaborative and confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills.</li><li>Passionate about women&rsquo;s fashion and customer experience.</li></ul><p><b>Success Measures (KPIs)</b></p><ul><li>Consistent growth in brand reach, engagement, and high-quality followers.</li><li>Increased store footfall and qualified e-commerce traffic.</li><li>Improved conversion rates and campaign ROAS/ROI.</li><li>Flawless delivery of seasonal launches and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Positive customer sentiment and responsive community engagement.</li><li>New B2B leads/partnership opportunities generated (if within scope).</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time</p>
