 &squf; Lead the Materials Engineering activities relevant to Corrosion and Material Selection, Metallurgy and Welding, Piping
 
 
 Material definition, Coating and Insulation and Cathodic Protection Systems, to optimize the performance of the main metallic
 
 
 and non-metallic materials used in onshore plants, offshore and floaters topside facilities and pipelines related to the Oil and

</li><li>Delivery of the Rotating equipment engineering scope for assigned projects, ensuring flawless start-up of Equipment and compliance with agreed HSSE practices and procedures as defined under the QSGTL HSSE management system.
</li><li>Act as Lead rotating equipment focal point in the review and preparation of engineering deliverables ranging from engineering study deliverables to RFC packages, commissioning procedures, ITPs, Material Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluations, etc.
</li><li>Drive technical assurance: Assure engineering and construction of rotating equipment engineering discipline scope is carried out in compliance with required project standards and specifications, including DEM1 and DEM2 standards.
</li><li>Participate in engineering reviews regarding rotating equipment engineering discipline, witnessing of Factory Acceptance Tests, as required and participate in safety and quality audits and field reviews as required.
</li><li>Drive installation quality, working with Construction contractor and QPH Construction team and provide technical support for commissioning and/or startup of Rotating Equipment where applicable.

The Lead Proposal Engineer will be responsible for managing the complete tendering and estimation process for brownfield EPC and long-term maintenance projects. This includes handling client RFQs, preparing pre-qualifications, developing detailed technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal departments, engineering consultants, and vendors. The role demands strong technical acumen, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
 The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EPC project costing, estimation methodologies, and tender processes, along with proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.
