 Support department head in devising criteria for shortlisting material by analyzing price variability for short and long-term contracts.

 Develop procurement pricing strategies based on clean sheet costing, indexing, data analytics, market intelligence etc., seek approval for the same by the Head Procurement and participate in key negotiations with the vendors and order finalization. Ensure all procurements are done as per procurement policy and required documentation is completed.

 Partner with quality and production teams for testing activities to ensure all procured materials meets quality specifications. Facilitate vendor audits and oversee regulatory compliance in co-ordination with QC, CQA, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards as applicable.
