 Business Unit And Role Overview
 
 
 
 The role sits within the Technology Legal team and is based in our Singapore or Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will join a small global team of lawyers responsible for counseling the firm on all issues pertaining to data protection, data governance, cybersecurity, cyber incident response and privacy, with particular emphasis on coverage of the firm&rsquo;s compliance with data protection law and regulation in the Asia and Pacific Region (&ldquo;APAC&rdquo;).
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Provide legal advice to company affiliates in APAC and globally on the full range of privacy, data governance and cybersecurity issues.

 Review cyber and data exposure incidents and make determinations as to whether any regulatory and/or individual notifications are required. Draft / review and submit such notifications.

 Advise colleagues in the Employment Law Group on matters pertaining to employee privacy (including monitoring programs, data analytics issues, notice and consent requirements, etc.).

 6+ years of experience in CLM platform implementation, business process consulting, or technology advisory, with hands-on exposure to one or more leading CLM solutions (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, SirionLabs, Conga, Agiloft, etc.).

 Trained and certified on Sirion Platform (Sirion L1, L2, L3 trained &amp; Certified, Sirion Certified CLM Specialist), At least 1-2 years of Sirion implementation experience for Global organizations.

 Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end CLM implementation projects, including facilitating client workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, process mapping, solution designing, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

 Proven ability to manage project teams, coordinate deliverables, and mentor junior consultants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with system integrations within CLM platforms (e.g., SSO, eSignature, ServiceNow, Salesforce)

 In-depth knowledge of contract management processes, template rationalization, playbook creation, and process harmonization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience implementing and driving value from advanced AI modules, including agentic and autonomous capabilities, within major CLM platforms.

 Familiarity with vendor selection processes, including RFP/RFI development, evaluation criteria, and comparative analysis of CLM platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex business and technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.

 Excellent client-facing, verbal, and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management and organizational skills, with a relentless focus on quality and timely delivery of work products.

 Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team and across multiple time zones.

 Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week in respective office locations.
