 The Counsel will provide legal support across a wide range of business functions. This in-house legal partner is responsible for supporting contract execution and management, regulatory compliance, policy development, and providing strategic legal guidance to internal teams. Minimum 1-3 years relevant Litigation experience involving mortgage foreclosure, creditor rights and civil litigation is preferred</li><li>
Knowledge of Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure process is required</li><li>

 Plans and conducts investigations and complex legal research on

 Guardians administration of statutory duties and responsibilities.

 Accesses and updates systems and procedures to monitor and track

 criminal matters, probate and estate cases,\
 
 
 administrative actions, education cases, civil actions, and other
 
 
 general legal case information for youth in care, such\
