How Will You Make a Difference?

<li>Coordinate creation of case management repository for new matters and carry primary responsibility for case file organization, including but not limited to prompt ECF downloading and distribution.</li>

<li>Inform the Litigation Docketing Department (&ldquo;LDD&rdquo;) when any new matter is opened; promptly email all filed, served and received documents, party agreements, discovery requests, deposition notices, etc., to the LDD inbox; work closely with LDD to ensure workflow needs are met.</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate depositions, including maintenance of deposition calendar, transcript processing, and distribution of transcripts and errata sheets to witnesses.</li>
<li>Communicate with expert witnesses, coordinate logistics and assist with expert report drafting.</li>
<li>Communicate with clients; answer or direct inquiries.</li>
<li>Participate in pre-trial planning, coordinate trial logistics and participate in trial events, including on-site support and post-trial shut down.</li>

Attorney Supervision
