 Lead efforts in conducting annual and seasonal agreements with customers in line with production capacity controls, including monitoring, controlling, and reporting

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in planning and logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge and experience in demand and capacity planning, material management
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably experienced in systems such as SAP, PLM, XS Planner
 </li>
 <li>
 AI &amp; digital literacy
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of English
 </li>
 <li>
 Enabler leadership approach

 Fluent in English and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
 </li>

 Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with multiple priorities.

 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

 Job Description

 Support the development and execution of production, procurement, and distribution plans to balance service, inventory, and cost.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage material planning to ensure timely availability of raw materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with suppliers to improve delivery performance and material availability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Safeguard accuracy of master data and support the maintenance of planning parameters in SAP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor supply performance KPIs and provide reporting support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support launch planning for new products and phase-out activities.
