 Bachelor of Engineering &ndash; Mechanical, MBA &ndash; Marketing is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 15 years of relevant experience in Automobile related products and handling reputed Auto OEM&rsquo;s.
 </li>
 <li>
 Culturally sensitive and has the ability and interest to identify and work with a multicultural team
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in Matrix Organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Conflict Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Excel &amp; presentation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and quantitative competencies
 </li>
 <li>
 Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team
