The Role 
To manage the support of various Customer care operational infrastructure and be responsible for KPI reporting and analysis of all Customer Care KPI's and metrics. The role is responsible to ensure customer care infrastructure platforms like PABX, IVR, ACD and other OSS platforms and applications are highly available and tailored to suite business and operational needs. The Brand Manager will lead new product development (NPD), oversee product launches, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing programs. The position requires strong strategic, analytical, and execution skills, as well as proven experience in FMCG brand building, to successfully manage brand health and deliver sustainable business growth.</div><div></div><div> 
Job duties include but are not limited to:</div>

Develop brand communication which effectively reflects the brand objectives in order to build brand equity.</li><li>
Provide brand direction to develop and execute product/brand marketing programs to build brand awareness and increase sales.</li><li>
Develop Brand strategies based on consumer insights from consumer research and Trackers for Kuwait and International markets in order to improve brand health.</li><li>
Review market research to anticipate competition, monitor competitors' activities and market trends and translate consumer attitudes into new branding directions.</li><li>
Communicate brand strategies to marketing communications, sales, and another department.</li><li>
Coordinate and align brand strategy with corporate marketing plan.</li><li>
Coordinate with marketing support department to develop advertising and promotional programs, pricing, positioning, and packaging.</li><li>
Assess and develop brand names to differentiate product.</li><li>
Monitoring, planning and coordinating product launch.</li><li>
Guide creation of product portfolio.</li><li>
Evaluate and analyze program results and present recommendations for changes in brand strategy.</li><li>
Manage and launch Brands NPD/ Brand Initiatives in order to introduce new products that meet the consumer needs and create market differentiation.</li><li>
Improve and manage internal co-ordination with important departments for timely executions of brand plans and actions.</li><li>
Conduct consumer research whenever required based on brand issues and opportunities.</li><li>
Regularly analyze all brand trackers in order to identify brand issues and opportunities.</li><li>
Implement price revisions to meet agreed gross margin targets of relevant Stock keeping units.</li><li>
Create and implement annual brand plans and activities in order to meet the short- and long-term brand objectives.</li></ul><div></div><div> 
Required Qualification:</div><ul><li>
Education: MBA in Marketing preferred.</li><li>
Work Experience: At least 8 full years of marketing / brand building of FMCG products is mandatory</li></ul><div></div><div> 
Required Professional Skills:</div><ul><li>
Languages: English &amp; Arabic language a must</li><li>
Computer: MS office</li><li>
Understanding of marketing principles and brand building elements, analytical, influencing &amp; negotiation, Execution, Business orientation</li></ul></div>
