 Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones.

 Assist in the procurement process by validating material specifications and coordinating delivery timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and handover documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all renovation activities are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with operations and maintenance teams to minimize disruption during store works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate project files, drawings, and records for future reference.
 </li>

 What are we looking for?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or any related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of experience in retail fit-outs, renovation, or construction projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of technical drawings, MEP layouts, and finishing materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing contractors and on-site coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
