Material Management</b></p><ul><li>Ensure that only approved materials are used as per project submittals and BOQ.</li><li>Coordinate with the procurement/logistics team for timely delivery of HVAC equipment and consumables.</li><li>Monitor material usage and avoid wastage on-site.</li></ul><p><b>4. Quality &amp; Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Conduct inspections and prepare checklists for HVAC installation activities.</li><li>Raise IRs (Inspection Requests) and coordinate with the consultant for inspections and approvals.</li><li>Ensure installation is compliant with local authority requirements (DM, DCD, DEWA) and project-specific standards (such as EMAAR, NAKHEEL, ALDAR if applicable).</li><li>Participate in internal and external quality audits.</li></ul><p><b>5. Testing &amp; Commissioning Support</b></p><ul><li>Assist in planning and execution of testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.</li><li>Conduct pre-commissioning checks including pressure testing, duct leakage testing, flushing, and balancing.</li><li>Coordinate with TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) and commissioning teams for final testing procedures.</li></ul><p><b>6. Documentation &amp; Reporting</b></p><ul><li>Maintain site logs, daily progress reports, material delivery logs, and manpower reports.</li><li>Prepare work inspection checklists, snag lists, and maintain updated red-marked drawings.</li><li>Report delays, material shortages, or technical issues to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager.</li></ul><p><b>7. Safety &amp; Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Ensure all HVAC site works comply with project safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Monitor proper use of PPE, safe handling of equipment, and secure installation practices.</li></ul><p><b>8.
