What you&rsquo;ll do</div><ul><li>
Drive process improvements and innovation in material coordination, leveraging extensive field expertise, technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.</li><li>
Incorporate material lead time estimates from SC and develop a schedule for placing material orders in time to meet the project schedule.</li><li>
Review Technical Drawings with a high level of attention to details.</li><li>
Review Bill of Material (BOM) with Project Engineer to identify materials to be supplied by TC, its Fabricators, or its Construction Contractor. Typical milestones where this occurs include 30%, 60%, and 90% design, and a final review of IFCs to confirm all materials are captured in the Material Coordinators tracking sheet.</li><li>
Coordinate design deliverables from Project Engineering or the ESP to SC for the timely occurrence of Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and subsequent awards according to the Material Matrix schedule.</li><li>
Work with Materials Management and Warehouse team to identify available inventory and\or surplus materials.</li><li>
Create SAP purchase requisitions (and/or SAP reservations for materials in inventory) based on design Bills of Materials provided by Project Engineering.</li><li>
Create a request for a new Material Master if the existing SAP material catalogue does not provide appropriate alternatives.</li><li>
Monitor and assist with materials expediting of critical components.</li><li>
Work with project disciplines (Engineering, Purchasing, Expediting, Logistics, Warehousing, Fabrication, and Construction) to update Material Status Report with quantities, timelines, and material whereabouts.</li><li>
Help locate documents and records, including Material Test Records (MTRs), associated with project materials which are required in support of construction and commissioning activities.</li><li>
Resolve material discrepancies (e.g., quantities, quality, or supporting documentation) within each functional group.</li><li>
Work with Expeditors to anticipate issues relating to materials (i.e., late deliveries, material shortages, or damages) and develop and execute recovery plans.</li><li>
Ensure Supplier and Fabricator deliveries are expedited on a predetermined schedule to ensure RAS (required at site) dates are met.</li><li>
Provide field-based construction team with relevant documentation.</li><li>
Instruct the Warehouse to release and issue the materials to the Fabricator, or from the Fabricator to the site \ laydown yard and ultimately to the Construction Contractor.</li><li>
Coordinate physical receipt of material at the Warehouse, project site\laydown yard, Fabricator and\or Construction Contractor.</li><li>
Enter Goods Receipts for all items in SAP (except those delivered to TC warehouses &ndash; warehouse personnel will typically handle).</li><li>
Identify surplus materials to be transferred to inventory and/or investment Recovery.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Minimum Qualifications</div><ul><li>
A minimum six (6) years of comprehensive material coordination experience.</li><li>
Candidate must demonstrate comprehensive experience in the full material management life-cycle including:<ul><li>
