Purpose of the Role
The Senior Manager, Field Procurement Management position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement and materials management to ensure the successful delivery of equipment, materials, and third-party contract services. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive Procurement Plan for each project, outlining key equipment, materials, and third-party service requirements. Ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and Worley&rsquo;s sustainability goals.
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain an approved vendor list. Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality compliance and timely delivery.
PO Management: Prepare and issue requests for quotations (RFQs), evaluate vendor bids, and provide recommendations for contract awards. Negotiate terms to achieve optimal outcomes for the organization.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization: Develop and refine systems, processes, and tools to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align procurement activities with broader organizational initiatives and customer requirements.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the procurement process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Sustainability Integration: Drive sustainability-focused initiatives within the procurement function, aligning with Worley&rsquo;s commitment to deriving the majority of revenue from sustainability-related projects by FY26.

The primary purpose of the Materials Management Services Representative position is to provide support for the operations of all sections of Materials Management Services. This position impacts day-to-day operations of assigned areas and departments throughout the institution with respect to inventory and logistics of patient and research supplies, equipment and service. This position must also comply with all departmental, Q.I., safety, fire, JCAHO guidelines that apply to the Materials Management area. This position is expected to participate in in-house training in-services to gain information regarding new policies and procedures, to assure appropriate response to issues, to acquire or refresh skills or to enhance job performance. This position is required to perform housekeeping and maintenance functions not inclusive of those performed Environmental Services or Facilities Services both at the par level area or inventory location. In Summary this position is responsible to assist in maintaining the environment in the department and area services in such a manner as to meet the standards of the hospital and accrediting agencies for purpose of safety, convenience, aesthetics, comfort and maximum utilization of resources. 
 
KEY FUNCTIONS 
1. Logistics Area &quot;&laquo; Perform receipt of supplies, linen and/or equipment by checking merchandise against order documents. Document deficiencies, if any, and refer problem situations to appropriate personnel for resolution. Deliver all requests for supplies, linen, equipment and/or packages to assigned areas in a timely and appropriate manner.

 Responsibilities

 This role will be heavily active in the field during the construction phase of a project, coordinating with subcontractors and crews, verifying quality of work, answering engineering questions and/or resolving issues that may pop up in real time.
 
 </li>

 Assist in development of project plan as requested. Specifically, provide support to Project Manager(s) through helping to develop business cases by gathering requirements, building investment decision models, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Project Manager(s) in purchasing activities including scoping and take-offs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and forward submittals. Confirm submittal complies with plans/specs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development and updating of the project schedule and subcontractor detail schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and expedite material deliveries ensuring all deliveries conform with the project schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer subcontracts as assigned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in the coordination of drawings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft change orders. Solicit prices from subcontractors and suppliers. Perform scope take-off and estimate costs.

 Aid in close out of project; includes assembling manuals and other warranties for turnover to owner and preparation final payment documents for subcontractors.

 Act as the point person for document management applications.

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, construction management or related degree or equivalent experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have 1-3 years of experience in the related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines such as civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, geotechnical, and surveying.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and prepare them when applicable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and understand Project financial documents and budgets and prepare them when applicable.
 </li>
 <li>
 MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD/SolidWorks experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly motivated, with a demonstrated drive for excellence and taking initiative
