Your day-to-day

<li>Ensure that the truck is kept clean at all times from inside and outside.</li>
<li>Ensure that the truck is parked in a proper manner and it doesn&rsquo;t affect the operations of the hotel and the receiving area.</li>
<li>Maintain an up to date knowledge of the Hotel services and check for any outdoor caterings.</li>
<li>Ensure that the truck is checked on daily basis for any damages and scratches.</li>
<li>Make sure every time there is an outdoor catering the chiller is operated and the temperature is maintained.</li>
<li>Ensure that the truck is kept clean after every catering.</li>
<li>Maintain the log book at all times when receiving the keys</li>
