 Qualifications: • Must have Engineering Degree – Mechanical or Electrical • Extensive experience in Facilities Management - both hard and soft services (including Cleaning, Pest Control, and Landscaping) - preferably in the GCC region • Full understanding of the salary structure of expats and efficient selection process (Contract Managers, Supervisors, Technicians, cleaners ...etc.). • Full understanding and responsibility for Budgets and P&L statements • Have handled multiple large size projects in multiple cities and vast geographic territory • Ability to understand tendering documents, price tenders, and negotiate contracts • At least 15-20 years’ experience in Facilities Management with at least 5 years’ experience as GM for a reputable company of sizable operations in FM (more than 500 staff) - Multi- Projects, in both Soft and Hard services • Arabic speaking is preferable to communicate with Government Authorities in Oman

 We are seeking a hands-on BIM Manager to join our on-site team in Muscat, Oman for a large-scale Design &amp; Build project (Cultural Complex).
 
 
 
 
 
 This role combines active BIM modeling with team leadership and coordination responsibilities. The BIM Manager will be directly involved in architectural model development while leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination across structure and MEP. The position reports to the Head of Design and requires close collaboration with both design and construction teams on site.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit

 Lead BIM coordination with Structural and MEP disciplines

 Manage and coordinate a BIM team of 2&ndash;3 modelers, including task allocation, guidance, and model reviews
