<ul><li>Maintain a proper PDC checks logbook.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Participate in the Quality Improvement process.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain a close relationship with other department&rsquo;s heads.</li></ul>
</div>Receiving Clerk Responsibility
<div><ul><li>Weigh all meats, seafood and poultry upon arrival before invoices are signed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Spot-check all other perishables and non-perishables upon arrival for quality, quantity and packaging, as well as the correct temperature</li></ul>
<ul><li>Make sure you sign upon receiving on invoice, check invoice with raised purchase order for verification on quality and price</li></ul>
<ul><li>Check food for possible cross-contamination and temperature abuse</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reject any product that is questionable</li></ul>
<ul><li>Store refrigerated and frozen food first &ndash; (put away within 30 minutes)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Note shortages/damages directly on invoice</li></ul>
<ul><li>Time Cards are punched in and out in uniform</li></ul>
<ul><li>Meal periods is 2 x 15 minutes plus 1 x 30 minutes</li></ul>
<ul><li>Notify Supervisor of any problems or complaints as and when they arise</li></ul>
<ul><li>No associate to be on property after working hours without authorization of manager except for meals in the associate cafeteria</li></ul>
<ul><li>Follow the 39 Point Checklist</li></ul>
<ul><li>Follow Marriott Standard of Uniform and associate relations</li></ul>
</div>Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones and emails using appropriate etiquette. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 -2 year of related work experience.</div>
