The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational processes, controlling costs, and leading teams to achieve company targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily company operations including production, workshop, logistics, and site activities</li><li>Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery</li><li>Improve operational efficiency and reduce wastage</li><li>Supervise staff performance and coordinate between departments</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards</li><li>Manage inventory and coordinate with the purchase department</li><li>Prepare operational reports for management review</li><li>Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, construction, or trading companies preferred</li><li>Strong leadership and decision-making skills</li><li>Good knowledge of ERP systems (ERPNext experience is an advantage)</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: BD600.000 - BD700.000 per month
