As a Principal, Disciplinary Engineering and Science, you will be responsible for:</p><p><b>
Technical Leadership</b></p><ul><li>
Lead and execute integrated subsurface evaluations utilizing geophysical, geological, petrophysical, reservoir engineering, and production data.</li><li>
Interpret and integrate seismic, well, and field performance data to assess hydrocarbon potential and asset value.</li><li>
Provide technical oversight for asset evaluations covering exploration, appraisal, development, and producing assets.</li><li>
Review reserves and resources estimates in accordance with industry standards and reporting guidelines.</li><li>
Identify uncertainties, risks, opportunities, and value drivers associated with upstream energy assets.</li></ul><p><b>
Due Diligence &amp; Asset Evaluation</b></p><ul><li>
Lead technical due diligence studies for mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A), farm-ins/farm-outs, investments, financing, and asset divestments.</li><li>
Evaluate field development plans, reserves, production forecasts, and subsurface risks.</li><li>
Assess data quality, technical assumptions, development concepts, and project economics.</li><li>
Prepare independent assessments and recommendations for investors, operators, financial institutions, and regulatory stakeholders.</li><li>
Support commercial teams in asset screening and investment decision-making.</li></ul><p><b>
Project Management</b></p><ul><li>
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.</li><li>
Develop project execution plans, resource requirements, risk registers, and stakeholder communication plans.</li><li>
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising geophysicists, geologists, reservoir engineers, production engineers, and economists.</li><li>
Monitor project progress and proactively manage technical and commercial risks.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company quality assurance procedures and project governance requirements.</li></ul><p><b>
Client &amp; Business Development Support</b></p><ul><li>
Act as a primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.</li><li>
Participate in proposal preparation, technical presentations, and client workshops.</li><li>
Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.</li><li>
Contribute to thought leadership, technical publications, and industry conferences.</li></ul><p><b>

Minimum <b>15+ years</b> of experience in the oil and gas, energy consulting, or upstream petroleum industry.</li><li>
