 Role Purpose
 
 
 
 &middot; Managing Key Domestic Brands &ndash;based out of Mumbai.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Principal Accountabilities &amp; Key Activities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 External Relationships:
 
 
 
 &middot; Building Relationship with Brand Merchandiser, Technical Team, Product Development, Quality Team, Designer and Sourcing Team of key brands in Mumbai.
 
 
 &middot; Organizing Technical, product Seminar for all Coats products &ndash; Threads, Permess, Opti, Trims
 
 
 &middot; Sampling activities through Brand designer Team, help in inclusion of Coats Shade in their Tech Pack
 
 
 &middot; Get projections from brands - for each season/category and get nomination across products, categories, programs, season.
 
 
 &middot; Finalize central pricing/costing with brands, get vendor list and provide support
 
 
 &middot; Use information of vendor list and business share to get insights and suggest ways to increase business share.
 
 
 &middot; Weekly/Monthly call with Brand Quality to know Vendor order flow &amp; address concerns if any
 
 
 &middot; Work with brands to get support in case of issues in vendors related to payments, quality issues etc.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Internal Collaboration:
 
 
 
 &middot; Generate leads and business for India sales using Dynamics CSX &ndash; ensure all relevant leads are captured.
 
 
 &middot; Regular Follow up of progress and performance of key Vendor sales through Sales team.
 
 
 &middot; Work with sales teams to ensure there is seamless information flow between KAE and Sales team and the information is used to take business actions.
 
 
 &middot; Coordination with our QA team and Brand audit team
 
 
 &middot; Ensuring market intelligence from the field force is properly channelled to the management so that timely action can be taken.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Experience
 
 
 
 &middot; Minimum of Graduate Degree
 
 
 &middot; Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience
 
 
 &middot; Key Accounts Experience
 
 
 &middot; Sound knowledge of products, applications, end user industry manufacturing processes and Coats India&rsquo;s supply chain
 
 
 &middot; High quality analytical written and verbal communication, negotiation, decision making, and people development skills
