Manage people

Site Infrastructure &amp; Networking Support<ul><li>
Monitor and help administer local site infrastructure including servers, switches, firewalls, databases, A/V systems and network-connected shop-floor equipment.</li></ul><ul><li>

Support site cybersecurity initiatives by assisting with implementation and documentation.</li><li>
Independently execute and coordinate approved IT projects specific to the site, including upgrades, installing new hardware, assisting with minor infrastructure updates, replacements, process improvements and communicating expected downtime or local impact to site personnel.</li><li>
Act as the local IT point of contact for cross-functional and global IT initiatives, ensuring site needs are represented and executed effectively.</li></ul> 
Service Desk &amp; Case Management<ul><li>
Provide on-site and remote desktop support for end users, including international colleagues.</li><li>
Triage, resolve, and continuously improve ticket quality in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, including adoption and maintenance of the Solutions/knowledge base.</li><li>
Maintain accurate inventories of IT assets including computers, network equipment, phones, and shop-floor devices</li><li>
Coordinate tasks and site-related project work in Jira when applicable.</li><li>
Take end-to-end ownership of incidents and requests, providing clear and proactive status updates to end users and site leadership.</li><li>
Track and report site-specific KPIs, service levels, and site-based initiatives.</li></ul> 
 Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Must be able to communicate in English at either a C1 or C2 level.</li><li>
Experience providing on‑site desktop and IT support.</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows endpoints, peripherals and meeting rooms.</li><li>
Working knowledge of service desk tools, preferably ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.</li><li>
Baseline networking knowledge (switches, firewalls, IP addressing, troubleshooting connectivity issues).</li><li>
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear status updates to site leadership and end users.</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications
<ul><li>Experience with Jira for task and project tracking.</li><li>
Experience supporting shop-floor systems.</li><li>
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, including shared or kiosk‑style device profiles.</li><li>
CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking certification.</li><li>
Experience supporting international users or global IT teams.</li><li>
Familiarity with ERP systems, Business Central/Navision preferred</li></ul>
