The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring compliance with client, consultant, and mall management requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Manage and supervise fit-out, interior, civil, and MEP works from project initiation through handover.</li><li>Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.</li><li>Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and progress reports.</li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and mall management.</li></ul>Civil &amp; Interior Works<ul><li>Supervise civil and architectural works including partitioning, flooring, ceilings, gypsum works, painting, joinery, glass works, metal works, and finishing activities.</li><li>Ensure execution complies with approved shop drawings and project specifications.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and quality checks for all fit-out activities.</li></ul>Mall Fit-Out Management<ul><li>Liaise with mall management for permits, work approvals, access passes, inspections, and handover requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with mall fit-out manuals, regulations, and operational procedures.</li><li>Coordinate shutdown activities, after-hours work, and logistics requirements within mall environments.</li><li>Attend progress meetings with mall management, consultants, and clients.</li></ul>Project Controls &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.</li><li>Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders.</li><li>Review and track material submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submissions.</li><li>Maintain project documentation and records.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and project specifications.</li><li>Monitor site safety requirements and implementation of HSE standards.</li><li>Conduct inspections, snagging, de-snagging, and project close-out activities.</li><li>Support testing, commissioning, and final project handover.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 4&ndash;5 years of UAE experience in fit-out and interior projects.</li><li>Proven experience in shopping mall, retail, F&amp;B, restaurant, kiosk, and commercial fit-out projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Civil, Architectural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems.</li><li>Experience coordinating with mall management and obtaining required permits and approvals.</li><li>UAE Driving License mandatory.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP drawings.</li><li>Strong communication, planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working in major UAE malls and retail developments.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and mall fit-out procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and authority inspections.</li></ul>Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
