About This Role
We are looking for a Project Sales Engineer to be assigned to our Adana -Mersin Region , with the opportunity to work remotely. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li> 
Managing the sales customer portfolio in the assigned region.</li><li>
Conducting regular customer visits.</li><li>
Following up on existing projects and acquiring new customers.</li><li>
Managing the sales closing, payment collection, and shipment tracking processes.</li><li>
Preparing annual, monthly, and weekly activity plans for the assigned region.</li><li>
Executing approved activities and reporting the results.</li><li>
Preparing commercial proposals and assisting with project drawings when necessary.</li><li>
Regularly recording and archiving customer contracts and order documents</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li> 
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.</li><li>
At least 3 years of experience in air conditioning, specifically in the project design and proposal preparation of VRF air conditioning systems.</li><li>
Preferably experienced in HVAC sales.</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and AutoCAD software.</li><li>
A clear career plan focused on sales.</li><li>
Completed military service (for male candidates).</li><li>
Residing in Adana or surrounding provinces.</li><li>
No restrictions for travel.</li><li>
Able to adapt to a corporate and dynamic working environment.</li><li>
Strong verbal communication and high persuasion skills.</li><li>
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.</li><li>
Active driver (holds a valid driver's license)</li></ul>
