 What You&rsquo;ll Lead And Deliver
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist the Sales team in the Pre-Qualification (PQ) process with new customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Align customer inquiries with INTECH&rsquo;s core strengths and offerings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Sales in developing pursuit strategies for targeted opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update the Master Proposal Data Bank for efficient referencing.
 </li>

 Develop technically compliant proposals/quotations within agreed timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan bid and proposal schedules in line with customer deadlines and requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review RFQs, specifications, and technical/commercial requirements, and prepare clarifications for client submission.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new business domains and support RSMs &amp; CMs in building relationships with prospective clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather feedback from RSMs on submitted proposals for continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct site visits to customer locations when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Propose optimized electrical solutions tailored to client needs and obtain technical design approvals (where necessary).
 </li>
 <li>
 Suggest value-added technical improvements during the bid stage to reduce costs and enhance competitiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review client purchase orders to ensure alignment with proposals and commercial terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Make informed decisions in selecting suitable and cost-competitive designs/products from OEMs such as ABB, Siemens, Schneider, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure complete handover of awarded projects from Sales to Operations for smooth execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform quality checks and standardization of solutions before final submission.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement standardized practices and support quality assurance in proposals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to continuous enhancement of solution offerings and proposal development processes.

 Requirements:
 
 
 
 To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5 - 6 years of relevant experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Comprehensive knowledge of Electrical &amp; Power automation products and solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of internal components used in multiple types of switchgear and control gears up to 33K
 </li>
 <li>
 Design / Selection experience of at least any two of the major Electrical Switchgear Brands (Schneider, ABB, Eaton, SIEMENS, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Shall have experience of design, Estimation, &amp; Proposal making of Low Voltage Switchgear &amp; Medium Voltage Switchgear &amp; MCC&rsquo;s, Power factor Panels, AC &amp; DC UPS systems, Transformer Systems, Power Management Systems, MV &amp; LV VFD &amp; Soft starters and Power system studies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of maintenance activities for above systems will be an additional advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have knowledge of developing solutions for both greenfield and brownfield projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of load estimation, heat dissipation calculations, short circuit calculations, arc flash and evaluation, busbar sizing, Bus ducts type and selection, IP and IK ratings for SWGRs
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of GA drawings creation, review &amp; switchgear construction
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in developing an integrated electrical building (E-House) solution with BOM comprising of Switchgears, VFDs, UPS, Distribution Boards along with all accessories like Lighting, Earthing, Cable Trays, HVAC / Air Conditioning, Fire &amp; Gas System, Fire Suppression System, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of HVAC sizing calculations, design, and selection
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of software-based power system analysis (like Relay coordination, Power flow analysis, Arc flash analysis, etc.)
 </li>

 Validate the supplier technical offer and confirm compliance with RFQ specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of control system hardware design (Panel design/ wiring drawings etc.)
 </li>

 Should be well-versed in IEC, IEEE, NFPA, NEC, and UL standards applicable to electrical systems and power automation infrastructures.
