Strong understanding of structural materials, workmanship, defects, and typical deterioration mechanisms.</li><li>
Solid knowledge of UAE building codes, authority requirements and relevant international standards.</li><li>
Ability to interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, ITPs, and method statements with high accuracy.</li><li>
Proficiency in standard inspection tools, site testing coordination, and documentation procedures.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, especially in identifying non-conformities and reporting deviations.</li><li>
Excellent technical report writing skills and familiarity with digital inspection platforms or QA/QC systems.</li><li>
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.</li><li>
Valid UAE driver&rsquo;s license and ability to travel between project sites as required.</li><li>
Physically capable of accessing structural elements in constrained or elevated locations when needed.</li><li>
Demonstrated commitment to health &amp; safety, professional ethics, and maintaining quality standards.</li><li>
