</li><li>Good written and spoken English.
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer focused skills.
</li><li>Good time management and priority setting skills
</li><li>Hazard identification, risk analysis and assessment methodologies (e.g. Hazard Identification (HAZID), Inherent SHE Review, PHAs)
</li><li>Risk scenario development techniques, including various methods of risk analysis.
</li><li>Root Cause Analysis Techniques (ICAM, 5 WHYs, Why Tree. etc)
</li><li>Data analysis and/ or excel capability
</li><li>Engineering curiosity and initiative to capture opportunities and deliver value.
</li><li>Willing to go above and beyond base expectations to achieve superior business result.
</li><li>Strong communicator, and able to positively influence decision makers to act.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
</li><li>Being able to coach and mentor front line workers/supervisors including EHS Representatives and coordinators.</li></ul></div></div>
