Supporting department trainers and supervisors with tools, checklists, and on-the-job training guidelines to maintain consistent service delivery.

Managing the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking colleague progress, and maintaining accurate training records.

Leading the onboarding experience and ensuring new colleagues receive a strong and engaging welcome to the brand.

Coordinating internal recognition programs and contributing to colleague engagement and development initiatives.

Preparing monthly learning and quality dashboards, reports, and audit documentation.

Acting as a champion of service excellence, colleague empowerment, and continuous improvement across the hotel.
What we need from you

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in Learning &amp; Development or Quality Management in a 4- or 5-star hotel.

Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Knowledge of training design, service standards, quality assurance processes, and brand compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Ability to analyse guest feedback, identify trends, and propose meaningful action plans.

Must speak fluent English; additional languages may be preferred.

Strong computer skills and familiarity with LMS platforms.

Flexibility to work across departments and adapt to operational needs.

Learning & Quality Manager

<div>The Army Aviation Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient execution of the quality program by leading and managing QC personnel in the operation and maintenance of the Program QC Plan.
Principal Accountabilities<ul>
<li>
Develops, applies, revises and implements quality assurance plans and audits for products to ensure product quality targets are met. Maintains quality standards for receiving in-process and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements.</li>

Reviews, revises and/or write's QA/QC Quality assurance procedures. Establishes, defines, implements, maintains, and reports on quality assurance key performance measures and standards. Performs root cause analysis, implements corrective actions, and monitors progress and improvements.</li>

Minimum Requirements:<ul>

With a Masters Degree - Five (5) years of relevant experience with bachelor's degree; Three (3) years of relevant experience with Master's degree.</li>

Responsible for monitoring and assuring the Base Life Support subcontractor's compliance with the technical requirements of the subcontract, including providing the Subcontractor with technical direction, which must remain within the scope of the subcontract as it is written. This includes the BLS services and Dumpster subcontracts.

 Inspecting and certifying acceptability of the services rendered throughout the period of performance in terms of quantity, quality, and timeliness as these terms are defined in the subcontract. This will require accessing secure or sensitive areas and locations.

 Reviews and approves reports and all materials provided by the Subcontractor as called for by the contract. Notifies the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator, Quality, and Supply and Services Manager if reports or other items submitted are to be rejected and states the basis for rejection.

Immediate notification is essential to assure that timely and appropriate action is taken to protect Vectrus rights under the Subcontract.

Subcontract Technical Monitor

**This position will be physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP**</div><div></div><div> 
Reports to the OSS Supply Manager. Responsible for monitoring and assuring the Base Life Support subcontractor's compliance with the technical requirements of the subcontract, including providing the Subcontractor with technical direction, which must remain within the scope of the subcontract as it is written. This includes the BLS services and Dumpster subcontracts.
</div>Responsibilities:
<div>
This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.</div><ul><li>
Inspecting and certifying acceptability of the services rendered throughout the period of performance in terms of quantity, quality, and timeliness as these terms are defined in the subcontract. This will require accessing secure or sensitive areas and locations.</li><li>
Reviews and approves reports and all materials provided by the Subcontractor as called for by the contract. Notifies the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator, Quality, and Supply and Services Manager if reports or other items submitted are to be rejected and states the basis for rejection.</li><li>
Completes and forwards timely progress reports, to the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator, Quality, and Supply and Services Manager</li><li>
Certifies the Subcontractor's invoices for payment, including any credit due Vectrus. This includes the authority to request the Subcontractor to make corrections and/or submit new invoices when clerical or other errors are detected</li><li>
Keeps detailed records of the Subcontractor's performance, and if it is not satisfactory or if problems are anticipated, notifies the, Vectrus Subcontract Administrator, Quality, and Supply and Services Manager in writing, as to the cause and recommends a course of action from a technical standpoint. Immediate notification is essential to assure that timely and appropriate action is taken to protect Vectrus rights under the Subcontract.</li><li>
Provides copies of all correspondence between the Subcontract Technical Monitor and the Subcontractor relating to contract issues to the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator, Quality, and Supply and Services Manager.</li><li>
Prepares memoranda for the record covering all meetings/discussions between the Subcontract Technical Monitor and the Subcontractor and forwards copies to the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator, Quality, and Supply and Services Manager. It is critically important to keep them informed of the context of all communications with the Subcontractor to prevent misunderstandings or situations that could affect the contract terms or conditions and become the basis of future claims against Vectrus.</li><li>
Advises the Subcontractor that in the event the Subcontractor desires to propose a change, he or she should submit the request in writing to the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator, Quality, and Supply and Services Manager and specifically identify the effect that the proposed change(s) will have on the terms of the contract (technically and/or monetarily).</li><li>
Assures that changes in work under the contract are not implemented before written authorization or a contract modification is issued by the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator. Costs for work performed may not be allowed if not authorized under the contract. No change or commitment should be directed without prior written authorization by the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator.</li><li>
Makes site visits daily, to check the Subcontractor performance to include:<ul><li>
Actual performance versus scheduled and reported performance. The Vectrus Subcontract Administrator, Quality, and Supply and Services Manager should be informed of any adverse conditions noted;</li><li>
