 En az lise mezunu, En az 2 yıl forklift operatörlüğü yapmış, G sınıfı ehliyet ya da Forklift kullanım belgesi sahibi, Yoğun çalışma temposuna ayak uydurabilecek, Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum gösterebilecek, Vardiyalı çalışacak, Dikkatli, düzenli ve disiplinli, takım çalışmasına yatkın, Tercihen askerlik ile ilişiği olmayan(Erkek adaylar için).

For our site in Esenyurt, Istanbul we are looking for you as Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing Enginee r
These challenges await you:
<ul><li>Conduct detailed time studies (stopwatch studies, video analysis, work sampling) in assembly and pipe manufacturing lines
</li><li>Analyze cycle time (CT), takt time, OEE, labor efficiency, and capacity utilization
</li><li>Identify operational waste using the Muda framework and implement corrective actions
</li><li>Lead and facilitate Kaizen workshops and rapid improvement events
</li><li>Perform line balancing and manpower optimization studies
</li><li>Develop and maintain Standard Work documentation
</li><li>Optimize plant layout and material flow
</li><li>Ensure sustainability of 5S implementation
</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, etc.)
</li><li>Lead improvement projects using Six Sigma DMAIC methodology
</li><li>Quantify and report improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and productivity metrics
</li><li>Support digital performance tracking and data-driven decision making initiatives
</li></ul>You inspire with us that:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in assembly and/or pipe manufacturing environments
</li><li>Experience in structured time study methodologies (MTM or REFA certification is a plus)
</li><li>Proven experience in line balancing and capacity planning
</li><li>Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
</li><li>Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (VSM, SMED, Poka-Yoke, Kanban, etc.)
</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and analyze process flows
</li><li>Experience with ERP and manufacturing execution systems
</li><li>Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with hands-on shop floor approach
