 As the EMEA Resourcing Manager, you will serve as a critical independent driver of strategic staffing and talent operation management to ensure projects, accounts, and business development pursuits are well equipped with the best and most appropriate teams. You will lead strategic capacity management at the account, solution, and discipline level by collaborating with a network of Partners to meet the demands of the business, maximise the talent of our people, and optimise the deployment of resources.
 
 
 You will be assigned to manage Strategy discipline resourcing demands. Lead and own strategic capacity management within the EMEA Strategy practice, ensuring optimal alignment of talent resources across multiple projects.

 Identify and Cultivate Optimal Talent: Take a proactive approach in deeply understanding the skill sets, strengths, and areas of expertise within the talent pool. Align these insights with client demands to ensure the most effective talent mix is utilised.
