The opportunity:</h3>
The Sales &amp; Training Lead works with the West Village Studio Manager to grow attendance, drive in-studio sales, and support a high standard of hospitality with our Studio Operations team. The Sales &amp; Training Lead is responsible for ensuring strong client relationships while maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming studio atmosphere. The S&amp;T Lead will prioritize CRM communications &amp; studio systems to support conversion and revenue growth. They will partner with the Studio Manager to provide ongoing training and continued education for Studio Operations team members. The primary focuses are to drive studio sales, cultivate team consistency with strong in studio procedures, and maintain an excellent client experience. 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES other duties as assigned;<ul>

Drive two revenue streams: class revenue and retail revenue.
</li><li>Utilize the sales process and promotional marketing to sell class packages, memberships, &amp; retail products; leading by example in implementing process with studio operations team members</li>
<li>Participate in studio team meetings reviewing studio KPIs and creating action plans to meet team, revenue, and utilization goals</li>
<li>Deliver proactive customer service, engaging clients in the sales journey and beyond to increase client retention rates and average spend</li>
<li>Leverage CRM, automated communications, and individualized followup to grow conversion rates amongst new and new-ish clients and reduce churn amongst existing clients</li>
<li>Leads trainings and continued education for Studio Operations teams</li>
<li>Partners with West Village Studio Manager to meet the studio&rsquo;s KPI&rsquo;s</li>

KEY JOB DUTIES<ul>

Ensure that Zipline messages are communicated, and Image Maker and merchandising tasks are delegated and completed as assigned.
