   SAP Implementation &amp; Process Optimization
  </strong>
 </p>

  <li>
   Lead end-to-end SAP business process optimization across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order (MTS/MTO), EWM, and Transportation Management (TM).
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive enterprise process standardization and harmonization using SAP Best Practices and clean-core principles.
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement through process redesign, automation, and analytics.
  </li>
 </ul>

   Business Partnership &amp; Value Realization
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Partner with business and functional leaders to translate operational challenges into SAP-enabled solutions.

   Ensure SAP initiatives deliver measurable efficiency gains, cost optimization, and business value.
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on SAP capabilities, roadmap, and digital transformation.
  </li>

   Analytics, Governance &amp; Compliance
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Leverage SAP Signavio, embedded analytics, and KPI frameworks to drive process insights and performance optimization.

   Establish and enforce SAP process governance, internal controls, and compliance across SAP landscapes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure adherence to security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  </li>
 </ul>

  <strong>
   SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) Leadership
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Lead and develop the SAP Center of Excellence, including functional and technical teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee SAP delivery, enhancements, and optimization initiatives in line with business priorities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  </li>
 </ul>

   Education :
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  </li>
  <li>
   Master&rsquo;s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   10+ years of SAP experience with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA
  </li>
  <li>
   2 life cycle SAP implementation experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven leadership experience managing SAP CoE or large SAP programs
  </li>
  <li>
   Deep understanding of end-to-end enterprise business processes and SAP best practices
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with process optimization, transformation programs, and clean-core strategy.
  </li>
 </ul>
