 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. Master's is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a technical lead or managerial role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, design principles, and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in the UAE / GCC is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in technical design / review tools, construction documentation, and quality management systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications such as PMP, Chartered Engineer, or relevant construction quality certification are a plus
