Job Description:
Senior Consultant - Asset Management
Dubai, UAE
What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>
Delivery of Asset Management consultancy and engineering services.</li><li>
Support and lead the development and delivery of Asset Management projects within the MEA region.</li><li>
Support and lead the development of asset management policies, procedures and standards; support implementation of these asset management activities including developing policies and strategies, guiding clients to define their lifecycle strategies, asset inventory activities, asset data analysis, and asset reporting; and lead and support the development of asset management related outreach and project delivery documents.</li><li>
Responsible for a range of services including asset management system deployment, support of inspection and asset inventory activities, implementing asset performance metrics, digital implementation and analyzing total asset lifecycle risk and expenditure data to propose improved asset management activities and mid-term capital plans and operational plans.</li></ul>
What Required Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a Technology / Engineering related field.</li><li>
Experience of implementing asset management services in accordance with industry best practice with working knowledge and delivery of ISO 55001 systems</li><li>
More than 10 years of successful experience in asset management, business consulting, infrastructure or technology-driven advisory.</li><li>
Expertise in Asset Management in particular digital asset and information applications</li><li>
Specific experience within critical infrastructure, mobility, or building markets</li><li>
Proficiency in professional level written and spoken English.</li><li>
The candidate shall have excellent project management and communication skills.</li><li>
A proven capability to support multiple projects.</li><li>
Established knowledge and experience in implementing Asset Management activities.</li><li>
The role will be based out of Dubai with as needed travel within MEA region for project related activities.</li></ul> 
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>
Experience working with Asset Management and O&amp;M Contracts, including lifecycle asset performance</li><li>
Experience using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, Infor, SAP PM)</li><li>
Experience in delivering Asset Management Frameworks to ISO 55001 Standards</li><li>
Exposure to data analytics or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for asset performance reporting</li><li>
Experience with financial modelling related to lifecycle costing, NPV, and whole-of-life cost analysis</li><li>
Experience in digital asset management initiatives (e.g., digital twins, IoT-based monitoring)</li><li>
Arabic language skills (spoken and/or written) are an advantage</li></ul>
