About the role</h2>

Role Overview

As a Customer CPFR Manager, you will be responsible for forecasting replenishment, secondary placements and innovation launches and overseeing customer service operations. What you&acute;ll do<ul><li>Create data stories using Podchaser datasets (briefs, charts, social threads, PR-ready insights) that educate, earn backlinks, and convert.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Distribute content across social, SEO, AEO, and email; build topic clusters and answer-engine assets mapped to high-intent queries.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Help run biweekly webinars: define topics/guests, drive registrations, moderate sessions, and convert attendees to meetings.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Assist with monthly roundtables for prospects/customers: curate panels, prep talking points, capture takeaways for follow-up content.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Help design and execute ABM campaigns targeting dream accounts: multi-touch plays across ads, email, SDR kits, exec invites, and content personalization.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Plan and activate tradeshows: pre-show outreach, on-site programming, booth logistics (as applicable), and post-show follow-ups with tight SLAs.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Elevate brand leadership so Podchaser is synonymous with podcast intelligence across channels, communities, and press.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Measure what matters: own instrumentation and reporting for channel performance with clear attribution to quarterly SQL growth.</li></ul>

SQLs: Consistent QoQ lift in marketing-attributed SQLs across webinars, ABM, content, and events.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Content velocity: At least 2 data stories/month generating qualified traffic, backlinks, and sales conversations.</li><li>Webinars: 25% attendance rate; 10% meeting-set rate within 30 days.</li><li>ABM: Increased engagement in target accounts ( 3 stakeholders touched per account) and opportunity creation in Tier 1&ndash;2 lists.</li><li>SEO/AEO: Growth in rankings and answer-engine placements for ICP-aligned terms; measurable lift in qualified organic/demo requests.</li><li>

Who you are 
 
<ul><li>3&ndash;6 years in B2B growth/demand gen or content marketing with direct ownership of SQL or pipeline goals</li><li> 
Proven ABM execution (audience building, creative, orchestration, handoff to SDR/AE; you can run a multi-step play without hand-holding).</li></ul><ul><li> 
Webinars and field programs end-to-end: topic selection, production, moderation/hosting, and post-event conversion.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Content distribution across social, SEO, AEO, and email with examples of rankings, answer-engine wins, and conversion impact.</li><li>Data storytelling chops: you&rsquo;re comfortable turning datasets into charts, narratives, and headlines (Sheets proficiency required; Mixpanel basics a plus).</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent project management, stakeholder comms, and bias to action&mdash;you ship on time and measure outcomes.</li></ul>

About the Role</h3>
We are seeking a dynamic marketing executive with prior experience at major travel and/or rewards platforms who demonstrates a proven ability to scale digital-first brands that blend commerce, content, and loyalty. The Head of Marketing is a strategic, data-driven leader who will champion marketing at Bookit&mdash; from driving consumers to the Bookit.com D2C website to helping our brand partners effectively implement the white-labeled version of the Bookit platform, delivering peerless travel, experiences, and rewards to their end customers.

Brand, Content, and Communications<ul>

Requirements<ul>

7+ years of marketing experience, including experience within digital-first platforms, online marketplaces, travel booking, rewards, or commerce technology companies.</li>
<li>Prior experience working inside an online travel booking platform or marketplace (e.g., Expedia Group, Booking Holdings, Priceline, Hotels.com, Amex Travel, Capital One Travel, Hopper, Airbnb, The Points Guy, or similar).
</li></ul><ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience as a senior marketing leader, with responsibility for growth, go-to-market execution, and team leadership.
</li><li>Experience supporting B2B2C or white-label SaaS platform marketing and enterprise partner go-to-market initiatives.
