The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD software and a passion for precision and detail.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Details section in Shop Drawings</li><li>Quantities</li><li>Create detailed <b>2D and 3D drawings</b> using CAD software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit</li><li>Convert sketches and specifications into digital models for construction or production</li><li>Revise and update drawings based on feedback or design changes</li><li>Ensure designs comply with <b>industry standards and regulations</b></li><li>Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to refine designs</li><li>Maintain organized archives of drawings and documentation</li><li>Occasionally conduct site visits to gather data for accurate modelling</li><li>Create and modify detailed CAD drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and designers.</li><li>Create and modify technical drawings using civil 3d, land FX, Revit Software</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and adherence to project timelines.</li><li>Review and revise designs as necessary based on feedback and project requirements.</li><li>Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest CAD software and techniques</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a CAD Operator or in a similar role.</li><li>Minimum 2 years experience working with Civil 3D, Land FX, and Revit software.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to join immediately is preferred.</li></ul><p><b>What We Offer:</b></p><ul><li>Competitive salary (to be discussed during the interview).</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
