<ul><li>Actively collect feedback from offices to suggest system enhancements and improvements and raise system enhancement tickets as needed.
</li><li>Report bugs and other system anomalies observed by users on ServiceNow and follow up on the resolutions and communication to the offices.
</li><li>Test system enhancements and upgrades as needed by conducting testing scenarios covering all SC aspects and reporting on the results.
</li><li>Support change-management, communication, and training system enhancements.
</li></ul></div><div>Additional Duties:
 
<ul><li>Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Global Supply Chain function, including supporting new office deployments as needed.
</li></ul></div>Job Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
</li><li>At least 5 years of progressive experience within NGO/Corporate Supply Chain environment.
</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.
</li><li>Willingness to travel to global IRC locations up to 25% of the time.
</li><li>Supply Chain certification (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM, or CSCMP) preferred.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
</li></ul>Additional knowledge of IRC standard languages, such as French, Arabic, or Spanish is a plus. Proven coaching and training, project management, process mapping, and process documentation skills.
