JOB TITLE: SR. ENGINEER - QUALITY (PIPING &amp; VALVES) 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents.</li><li>
List procurement inspection criticality rating for various items and vendor quality requirements.</li><li>
Review of purchase orders to ensure that the applicable requirements are met.</li><li>
Review of suppler ITPs, WPS, Procedures etc. against contract requirements.</li><li>
Develop project specific QCP/ITP/ITRs for both supplier and site QMS.</li><li>
Coordinate with Completion team to set up PetroPCS.</li><li>
Attendance at pre-inspection meetings.</li><li>
Compilation of vendor inspection assignments packages.</li><li>
Support to conduct supplier capability assessment as assigned.</li><li>
Control of on-site and off-site vendor inspectors.</li><li>
Coordination and resolution of any nonconforming product Reviewing vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements.</li><li>
Coordination of vendor quality approvals when required.</li><li>
Coordinate with discipline engineers and Supplier engineers on establishing project specific quality criteria.</li><li>
Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by suppliers.</li><li>
Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications.</li><li>
Review supplier material certificates.</li><li>
Take part in shop inspections and surveillances.</li><li>
Coordinate with the company&rsquo;s discipline engineers for the resolution of technical discrepancies.</li><li>
Coordinate with management for quality improvements.</li><li>
Issue of non-conformance reports and track all non-conformance reports.</li><li>
Coordinate with the owner&rsquo;s representative on all procurement issues.</li><li>
Coordinate all inspection requirements for TPI inspectors.</li><li>
Verify product for its compliance to approved data sheets drawings, witness testing as approved by ITP.</li><li>
Produce necessary inspection report and release notes.</li><li>
Monitor progress of all purchase requisitions.</li><li>
Assure resolution of all issues raised during inspection/test. Where applicable, Provide recommendations for possible solutions.</li><li>
Coordinate with concerned parties, review and ensure timely delivery of MRBs based on approved MRB index.</li><li>
Provide technical inputs for vendor queries, conformance reports and non-conformance reports.</li><li>
Integrate with and work alongside the quality team and perform all related tasks as and when requested by the supervisor.</li><li>
Provide key technical assistance to suppliers on writing and executing test approvals and final reports.</li></ul> 
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:<ul><li>
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>
Must have a thorough working knowledge of International Codes and Standards, specifically ASME and API Codes/practices, and specifications associated with all types of static equipment and piping.</li><li>
Familiar with International codes and standards.</li><li>
Minimum 10 years&rsquo; experience in relevant discipline.</li><li>
Should have experience in oil &amp; gas/petrochemical industry.</li><li>
Should have previously worked with major EPC contractor.</li></ul>
