Reporting to the Senior Director of Related Services and in collaboration with different OSS units the Purchasing and Stipend Specialist will:</p><ul><li>
Issue purchasing requisitions using the BPS Financial Purchasing System and seeing them through to full purchase orders.</li><li>
Document deliveries of supplies, receive purchase orders and process invoices.</li><li>
Initiate stipend approvals in the BPS HRM Stipend System and see them through to approval.</li><li>
Process stipend payments through the BPS HRM Stipend System and see them through to payment.</li><li>
Communicate immediately with supervisor and OSS unit if there are problems or processing delays with requisitions, purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, stipends or stipend payments.</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Understanding and experience working with BPS Financial Purchasing System (able to process purchasing requisitions)</li><li>

As a Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with the Marketing team to learn all aspects of multifamily marketing and support initiatives related to branding, strategy and analytics.</p>
