Requirements
 Requirements MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - • ADM License - Classified Engineer “ Specialized” – “Building Construction of all types Contracts” is mandatory. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. • Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a similar senior role, preferably within a consultancy or project management firm. • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in structural software, AutoCAD, and high-rise/industrial construction projects. • Certifications: ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) or DM (Dubai Municipality) approval is often a significant advantage.
