You must be comfortable negotiating, justifying variations, and defending claims.</li><li>Contract Administration: Manage sub-contractor accounts, progress payments, and ensure compliance with Qatar&rsquo;s construction laws and project specifications.</li><li>Cost Control &amp; Reporting: Lead internal cost-value reconciliations (CVR) and provide accurate financial forecasting to senior management.</li><li>Process Mastery: Implement and refine commercial processes to ensure efficiency and transparency across the project.</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>Deep Expertise: A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience specifically within MEP Quantity Surveying.</li><li>Local Knowledge: You must be currently based in Qatar with a thorough understanding of the local market, suppliers, and regulatory environment.</li><li>Technical Authority: Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
