What you will do 

As an Engineering Manager for the Backend-Patform swimlane, you will lead and manage two teams: API Platform &amp; Datalake. These engineering teams are responsible for building and maintaining some of the core data building blocks powering user experiences within MetaMask. Your primary focus will be on guiding your team(s) to deliver high-quality, stable and performance services that enable client teams to drive engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities

<li>Manage up to two teams with 2-4 engineers on each, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.</li>

<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, client teams, DevSecOps and SRE, to develop and maintain highly performant and scalable services that align with MetaMask's overall strategy.</li>
