<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).</li><li>Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.</li><li>Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to attract talent.</li><li>Ensure timely recruitment while maintaining a positive candidate experience.</li><li>Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/ Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in non-technical hiring preferred).</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/ATS is a plus.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple hiring projects under tight deadlines.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
