The role includes recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, compliance with Kuwait Labour Law, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR policy implementation for both local and expatriate staff.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Manpower Planning<ul><li>Plan and execute bulk hiring for restaurant staff (Chefs, Cooks, Waiters, Cashiers, Baristas, Supervisors, Cleaners, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate overseas recruitment (India, Nepal, Philippines, etc.) with licensed manpower agencies.</li><li>Conduct interviews, selection, onboarding, and deployment across outlets.</li><li>Maintain staffing levels as per business requirements and expansion plans.</li></ul>2.
