</b></p><p>As the RT Integrator Team Lead for Turkiye, you will lead a team of 6 Road Transport Integrators and play a crucial role in interfacing with key internal stakeholders of RT Turkiye, including Mobility and Supply (Channel Optimization and Commercial Oil Operations), as well as in liaising with external stakeholders like RT Contractor schedulers, Dealers and dispatchers reg. Shell expectations and core deliverables to ensure safe, cost effective and compliant deliveries to its customers.

</b></p><p>As a successful candidate, you will be the team leader to 6 Road Transport Integrators who will need to master the interfaces with internal stakeholders of RT Turkiye (including Mobility and Supply) and external partners such as RT Contractor schedulers, Dealers and dispatchers. Your mission will be to engage and inspire the RT Integrators whilst upskilling and developing them.
