As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience by delivering impeccable service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and demonstrate a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner</li><li>
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings</li><li>
Take and serve orders promptly and accurately</li><li>
Ensure that tables are set up according to the highest standards</li><li>
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and make adjustments as necessary</li><li>
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery</li><li>
Handle guest inquiries and feedback in a courteous and professional manner</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area</li><li>
Process payments and handle cash or card transactions</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is preferred</li><li>
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Possess a guest-focused mindset and a positive attitude</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant hospitality training is an advantage</li><li>
Must be willing to relocate to KSA.</li></ul>
