As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.Position: Warehouse CoordinatorGender : FemaleLocation: Shuwaikh,KuwaitIndustry: Cosmetics / E-commerce RetailAbout the RoleThe Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations and effective inventory control to support our online retail business.Key Responsibilities- Receive and inspect incoming stock from suppliers- Report any damaged or defective stock to higher authority immediately- Arrange and maintain stock in the warehouse in an easily pickable and organized format.- Classify the products as per each brands- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure timely action on near-expiry stock- Report low-quantity stock and slow-moving items to higher authority- Pack products and create sales invoices upon receiving customer orders- Coordinate with delivery agents to ensure timely and proper delivery- Receive and process undelivered/returned orders back into stock- Coordinate with suppliers through email regarding stock and order mattersRequirements- Female candidates currently residing in Kuwait (local hire only) &ndash; mandatory- Please attach a recent photograph to your CV- Previous experience in warehouse coordination, inventory management, or retail operations (0&ndash;1 year preferred)- Strong organizational and stock management skills- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, invoicing, and email communication- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling cosmetics and expiry-sensitive products- Prior experience in the e-commerce or cosmetic retail industry will be considered an added advantagePay: From KD250.000 per monthWork Location: In person
