    Professional Certifications:

   CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent HR certification preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    Experience:
   </strong>
   Minimum
   <strong>
    12&ndash;15 years
   </strong>
   of progressive HR experience, with at least
   <strong>
    5 years
   </strong>
   in a senior leadership role within the banking or financial services sector in Qatar or the GCC.
  </li>
  <li>
   <strong>
    Language:
   </strong>
   Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency preferred.

   Analytical and data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
