Childers Accounting is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will join our year-round Administrative Assistant to provide outstanding service to our clients and to oversee office operations. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong attention to detail, will be able to handle multiple projects at once and will be capable of prioritizing projects independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients in person, by email and by telephone.
  • Schedule meetings and assist with maintaining calendars.
  • Greet and assist clients.
  • Maintain filing systems.
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Be an active member of the company culture and a positive role model.

Schedule:

This position is full-time from the hire date through April 30th to provide administrative support during our busy tax season. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, and no overtime is required. You will have the option to continue the position in a part-time capacity for the remainder of the year, with the position reverting to full-time each December through April.
