Secondary Market & Listings Specialist

We are looking for a Secondary Market & Listings Specialist to join our real estate agency in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings and handling the secondary market across major platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and upload property listings on Property Finder, Bayut and other portals

• Ensure listings are accurate, optimized and up to date

• Coordinate with agents to collect property details, photos and documents

• Monitor listing performance and improve visibility

• Handle secondary market properties (resale & ready properties)

• Maintain organized property databases

• Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate listing regulations (RERA / Trakheesi)

Requirements:

• Experience in Dubai real estate portals (Property Finder / Bayut)

• Knowledge of secondary market transactions

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously

• Good communication skills

• Experience with Trakheesi permits and listing verification is a plus
