Role Overview:
As a Secondary Property Agent, you will help clients buy, sell, or invest in ready/resale properties. You will manage the full sales process, including conducting property tours, negotiations, and closing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell secondary/resale properties, including apartments, villas, and commercial units.
• Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client tours.
• Advise clients on property valuation, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare and finalize sale and purchase agreements.
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain a client database and manage follow-ups.
• Coordinate with banks, legal advisors, and authorities for smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate regulations and neighborhood developments.

Requirements:

• Freshers welcome (commission-based).
• Candidates with up to 1 year experience: basic salary + commission.
• Knowledge of resale/secondary market preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
