Job Purpose

To provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Acting CEO, ensuring efficient daily operations of the executive office and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Administrative Support
  • Manage the Acting CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  1. Communication & Coordination
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Acting CEO and internal/external parties.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Liaise with department heads, managers, and external partners.
  1. Office Management
  • Maintain filing systems (both electronic and hard copy).
  • Track and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses.
  • Support in preparing documents for board meetings and senior management reviews.
  1. Special Projects & Support
  • Assist the Acting CEO with research, data collection, and preparation of briefing materials.
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives and projects as assigned.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Acting CEO.



Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – Mandatory.
  • Arabic language is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
